Values
Excellence is part of the Kiska way. We strive for harmony between perceptions, realities and visions and express our values in five important statements.
Integrity We make commitments, not promises. We apply the highest standards to our customer relationships and always tell the truth. When we say we will do something, we do it.
Excellence We accept that we can always learn from interactions with colleagues, competitors and clients. The way we apply each lesson enables us to take excellence to new levels, helping us to exceed our clients\' expectations.
Curiosity We ask \'Why?\', \'How?\', \'Why not?\' \'Where?\',
\'Which?\' and \'What?\'. If we do not understand, we will ask again.
We challenge, we explore options, and we try the impossible. Curiosity
is part of our culture.
Designing Desire
Desire gives designers the vision they need to go where no one else has been before, discovering new concept and applying new techniques. Armed with desire they develop solutions that earn recognition and demand respect, creating products that people want to possess.
At KISKA, designing desire is a way of life. And because life constantly changes and evolves, so does the context in which we work. So while we constantly search for the brilliant 'one off' solution, the dazzling inspiration that turns a simple product into an iconic 'must-have', we also remember that consumers can easily become confused under a torrent of competing messages, shapes, ideas, colours, textures and concepts.
